arrival of AY704. Rebooked on AY429 to Rovaniemi (RVN), this flight was (luckily) already closed when arriving at the gate 17A (so no 350 km taxi transfer RVN to OUL) After complaining new rebooking to AY369 (according to the transfer desk fully booked!) catched this flight right befor gate closing. Finlay this aircraft was only 2/3 full. Poor customer service of Finnair. HEL airport is a mess, very narrow walkways and fully crowded. |
